Dealer and application inquiry

Contact Jack with the sewing details that shape the answer

A useful inquiry names the operation, material, region and decision stage. If you already have a model in mind, include the full model code and every quoted option. If you are still comparing families, describe the seam and the quality check instead.

Prepare Before Sending

Record the needle system if known, thread type, seam class, fabric construction, ply count, required finish and any guides or folders already used on the line.

Response boundary

A submitted brief begins a review; it is not a quotation, model approval or service commitment.

Two-column production brief

Give the dealer enough context to prepare

Describe one representative operation rather than listing every machine in the factory. A focused first brief helps identify the machine family and the missing questions.

  1. Identify the garment or product and the exact operation.
  2. Describe all material layers at the most difficult transition.
  3. State how the finished seam will be inspected.
  4. Note facility, training and service constraints.

If the inquiry concerns an installed machine, include the full nameplate model code, approximate commissioning period and the observed symptom. Separate a parts question from an application change, because each follows a different technical and commercial route.

Do not send confidential pattern files or personal data that is unnecessary for the machinery inquiry. Use the privacy link below the form to review how submitted information is handled.
